BOOKING TERMS

TO BOOK

• We require 50% deposit to secure your booking with the balance due 2 months prior to arrival

• There is a £250 security deposit payable with the balance and is fully refundable within 7 days of departure

• Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. Cost per dog per stay is £35

• The booking is for maximum of 10 guests. A baby or small child sleeping in travel cot is allowed in addition to this.
  

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If cancellation occurs in advance of 2 months prior to arrival, the deposit paid is non-refundable; however only in the event your stay is not re-booked by another party

• If cancellation occurs within 2 months of arrival, the balance will be due. Again, this is only on the event your stay is not re-booked by another party

• If a cancelled stay goes on to be re-booked by another party, the amount paid will be refunded in full (less any transaction fees incurred if applicable)

• For bookings made 12+ months prior to arrival, a full refund of deposit will be made if cancelled 6 months prior to stay. Otherwise, cancellation policy as above applies

  As with all holidays, we do recommend you take out necessary travel insurance to protect you and your party in the event you need to cancel.

  The cancellation policies operated are done so to protect the property from empty weeks, especially during popular peak season.

  In the event you do need to cancel within any of the periods stated above, we will work with you and make best efforts to help you re-book your stay. This will include releasing the dates across our network of global online travel agents and social media advertising to maximize exposure and avoid you having to pay for anything you can’t enjoy.
