BOOKING TERMS

TO BOOK

• We require 50% deposit to secure your booking with the balance due 2 months prior to arrival

• There is a £250 security deposit payable with the balance and is fully refundable within 7 days of departure

• Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. Cost per dog per stay is £35

• The booking is for maximum of 10 guests. A baby or small child sleeping in travel cot is allowed in addition to this.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If cancellation occurs up to 2 months prior to arrival (when the balance would be due), the deposit paid is essentially non-refundable; however this is only in the event your stay is not re-booked by another party

• If cancellation occurs within 2 months of arrival, the balance will be due. Again, this is only on the event your stay is not re-booked by another party

• If a cancelled stay goes on to be re-booked by another party, the full amount paid will be refunded (less any transaction fees incurred if applicable)

• For bookings made 12+ months prior to arrival, a full refund of deposit will be made if cancelled 6 months prior to stay. Otherwise, cancellation policy as above applies
