THE LOCATION

Houses built into a hillside surrounded by dense green trees

Map of a small town with roads, landmarks, and numbered locations including shops, churches, and attractions, with a red dot marking Atlantic House on Quay Road.

Located at the bottom of Stippy Stappy, a row of eighteenth century former Fishermans’ cottages, Atlantic House is set in a half-acre garden surrounded by protected woodland in heart of the picturesque yet vibrant village of St Agnes on the north Cornwall coast.

The house is perfectly positioned within just a few minutes' walk to both the beach at Trevaunance Cove or to enjoy everything St Agnes has to offer; all whilst retaining a tranquil seclusion.

Follow the stream that meanders through the grounds down to the beach, or head into the village and immerse yourself in village life at the country pubs, bars, restaurants and galleries, or capture the essence of Cornwall with a stroll along the Atlantic cliffs to Trevellas Porth or Chapel Porth - all without getting in the car.
