Yes. The house is accessed by private driveway where we have an off-road private car park for up to 6 cars at the foot of the house.

Due to various housekeeping/maintenance staff busy on changeover days, we do ask that no cars are left on-site outside of check in/out times unless by prior arrangement. This includes luggage drop off.

Check in time is from 5pm on day of arrival and 10am on day of departure. If we are able to arrange times outside of this, we are very happy to let you know but typically this will be last minute/same day and cannot be guaranteed.

Yes! We understand how important our furry friends are and typically permit up to 2 dogs per stay however this can be discussed depending on your needs (additional fee of £35 per dog per stay will apply). We do ask that some simple house rules are followed as a courtesy to all.

During July & August, Cornwall Council do have restrictions on some beaches between 10am - 6pm Mon - Sun, however Trevaunance Cove at the end of our road allows them year round.

We do. All bed linen including bath and hand towels are provided for use during your stay.

We do ask that these are left at the house so any additional beach towels should be brought by yourselves.

Yes. All major supermarkets can deliver to the house but we do ask that delivery slots are arranged at times you will be at the house to received. Unfortunately we cannot accept food deliveries on your behalf.

For a small village St Agnes does have an amazing selection of quality grocers, butchers and bakers etc and would encourage you to shop locally where possible - it really is worth it!

If the baby is sleeping in a cot in one of the designated bedrooms then yes, we are happy for them to stay in addition to the 10 guest maximum. A travel cot (exc. bedding) and a high chair are available for use during your stay.

Please note, we do not allow tents, campervans, camp beds or sleeping on sofas for additional guests outside of this.
